TONY CELANO, NCARB

Architect

       Tony joined Baker Architects in 2020 and brings a wealth of design expertise, technological rigor and hands-on craftsmanship to the team. Both an architect and a skilled craftsman, Tony enjoys the diverse, integrated process of working on projects at Baker Architects from design and construction to the crafting of liturgical furnishings and artworks.

Tony has a rooted interest in sacred architecture, and is grateful to have the unique opportunity to share the gospel through design and artistry. He hopes to bring beauty to the world and the Church through the use of his talents.

Tony is happily married and completed his architectural license in 2025.

       Tony is influential on the design, fabrication and installation of many of Baker Studios design-build projects. His modern digital fabrication skills are on display in his work on the dome and stained glass windows for the Newman Center in Colorado Springs, CO.  His classical craftsmanship is demonstrated in the crafting of the fretwork reredos, coffered arch and cornice for St.'s Cyril & Methodius in Helena, MT. He is adept at managing architectural projects, and construction management tasks.

 

 

Tony enjoys working on his home in Erie, CO with his wife and spending quality time with his wife Trina and Golden Retriever Monroe. He is a soccer fan, Tolkien geek, and he is an aviation and space nerd. Tony is happily married and completed his architect's license in 2025.
